It is my honor to serve the teachers, administrators, coaches, and students of Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD as the Director of Elementary Mathematics. I am fortunate to get to be in classrooms regularly and talk with students about the mathematics they are learning. I love listening to their amazing ideas! Without a doubt, our future is bright knowing these children are going to be in charge someday.

Member Story

I have been a member of NCSM for 13 years. The conferences I have attended, the resources I have used, the publications I have devoured, the learning and wondering and questioning and collaborating I have experienced, and the relationships I have made through this organization have helped me to become the educator that I am today. It is an honor to be appointed to serve on the NCSM board as the Conference Coordinator for the years 2021 – 2023. I look forward to getting to contribute to the creation of the conference that has fed me so much over my career in math leadership. When we learn together, and take back our learning to our respective communities, we can make a real difference in the world of education.
