The host hotel for NCSM Bold Leadership Summit is the Hyatt Regency St. Louis Arch. Attendees are responsible for managing hotel reservations and a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel hotel reservations.

Make your reservation at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch.
The hotel will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The block of rooms will be held until filled or until April 4, 2021, whichever comes first.
Don’t Go Around the Block
For 2021, NCSM has contracted with the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch. A sufficient number of guest rooms and great rates have been negotiated for our attendees. Please keep in mind that if NCSM does not fulfill its contractual obligations with these hotels, the organization will be required to pay significant financial penalties. Support NCSM by booking your reservation through our official hotel block.
Changes or Cancellations to Your Reservation
Should you need to adjust or cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Please confirm with your selected hotel on their individual cancellation policy, as they may not all be the same.
Payment Information
No reservation will be taken without a guarantee. You may guarantee your reservation with a major credit card.
Be Sure to Check In When Scheduled
If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charge. Check with your hotel on their late arrival/early departure policy.
Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Note that NCSM is NOT using an official hotel provider associated for the Conference. All reservations will be made directly with each hotel. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.
